Abstract
In seinem Vortrag auf dem Europa Forum in Frankfurt am Main plädiert der Autor engagiert für die Stärkung von Medienkompetenz in der Bevölkerung anstelle der Verteufelung neuer Medien. In der Entwicklung des 'Netzes' selbst stecken emanzipatorische Potentials - der Dezentralisierung, der Stammesbildung ('Verspartung') und Pluralisierung.
