Abstract

Highlights some of the noteworthy new features in the 21st edition of the DDC. Concludes that, with the increased use of facet analysis, this edition could be a useful tool for the kind and from of literature which is likely to be produced in the future. New feature of this edition include: the simultaneous publication in printed and Windows CD-ROM database version and availability on the Internet
