Abstract

Im Zuge des Aufbaus des DV-gestützten Verbundes der Bibliotheken der obersten Bundesbehörden in Bonn wurde auch der Thesaurus des Bibliothek des Deutschen Bundestages auf DV übernommen. Diese Automatisierung wurde zum Anlaß genommen, den Thesaurus im Lichte des neuesten Standes der nationalen und internationalen Normung zu überarbeiten. Dabei zeigte es sich, daß die Thesaurusnormung, wie sie in den genannten Normen zum Ausdruck kommt, Lücken in bezug auf die Bedürfnisse eines sozialwissenschaftlichen Thesaurus aufweist.
