Abstract

In the Netherlands updated versions of the Vindex and Zoek search engines have been released. Vindex indexes sites originating in the Netherlands and us currently undergoing a 6-month trial period. In both search engines help for users is unclear whilst truncation practice in Zoek is unhelpful. However, Zoek offers a range of options including ranking of topics. Display of search results is excellent
