"Der erste Schwerpunkt unseres heurigen Programms geht auf den am Bibliothekartag in Klagenfurt mehrfach geaeusserten Wunsch zurueck, die KofSE solle so bald wie möglich Gelegenheit fuer einen Gedanken- und Erfahrungsaustausch ueber systematische Freihandaufstellungen bieten. Am Donnerstag, dem 10. April 2003 findet daher in Wien ein "Round Table" zum Thema Aufstellungssystematik statt. Als Gastvortragende erwarten wir Barbara LEIWESMEYER aus Regensburg. Sie ist einerseits Mitglied der Expertengruppe DDC Deutsch und andererseits Betreuerin der Anwenderbibliotheken der Regensburger Verbundklassifikation (RVK). Am Nachmittag dieses Fortbildungstages haben die Kommissionsmitglie-der die Möglichkeit, an einem "RVK-Workshop" teilzunehmen. Beide Veranstaltungen sind auch für Gäste offen. Bei Interesse bitte unbedingt anmelden! Im September wird es im Vorfeld der ODOK in Salzburg eine ähnliche Kommissionsveranstaltung geben, die den Fokus jedoch auf das Klassifizieren von Internetressourcen mit DDC legt. Wer die Dewey Decimal Classification vorher ein wenig kennenlernen oder auch schon richtig erlernen moechte, hat im Rahmen eines BrainPoolKurses (bestehend aus den drei Modulen Basics, Vertiefung und Praxistraining) heuererstmals dazu in Wien Gelegenheit. Die beiden aufeinanderaufbauenden Bloecke finden am 28./29. 4. und am 26./27. 5. statt. (vgl. BPProgramm)"
