Abstract
Im ersten Teil des Artikels werden unter »Form und Struktur elektronischer Verwaltungsunterlagen« Akten und Datenbanken sowie ihre Ein- bzw. Anbindung an Dokumentenmanagementsysteme angesprochen. Der zweite Teil »Aussonderung und Übernahme« behandelt Bewertungsgrundlagen und -kriterien und das Übernahmeverfahren nach dem neuen DOMEA-Organisationskonzept sowie von Daten aus Fachanwendungen. Im dritten Teil »Langzeitstabilität« werden Dateiformate und Methoden (Migration, Emulation, Konvertierung auf analoge Medien) erörtert. Der vierte Teil »Authentizität« widmet sich entsprechenden organisatorischen und technischen Maßnahmen. Im fünften Teil »Projekte« werden sieben für die Langzeitarchivierung wichtige Vorhaben kurz vorgestellt (ARCHE, VERS, ArchiSig, ArchiSafe, DOMEA-Modul Aussonderung und Archivierung elektronischer Akten, MoReq, Archivierung digitaler Unterlagen der Verwaltung).
