Abstract

Der Auskunftsdienst kann eine Vielzahl von Instrumenten und Diensten aus dem Web2.0 sinnvoll nutzen. Neben der internen Verwendung von Weblogs und Wikis können BibliothekarInnen ihr Wissen auch auf neuen Peer-to-Peer-Auskunftsplattformen einbringen. Der Artikel zeigt Anforderungen an die bibliothekarische Beteiligung daran auf und liefert Ideen für die Entwicklung von neuen Services. Diese Aktivitäten fördern die Sichtbarkeit von Bibliotheken im Netz und ermöglichen es den AuskunftsbibliothekarInnen, die Rolle von "Community Technology Stewards" einzunehmen.
