Abstract
Software trifft immer häufiger Entscheidungen mit drastischen Auswirkungen auf unser Leben, ob bei der Kreditvergabe oder in der Medizin. Das Recht sollte dabei eine Möglichkeit zur Prüfung und Kontrolle bieten. Aktuelle Gesetzgebung bietet dafür erste Ansätze. Ein Überblick.
