Abstract

In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland haben die Bemühungen um eine effektive Bürgerinformation in den vergangenen Jahren an Qualität und Quantität deutlich zugenommen. Dennoch mangelt es zur Zeit noch an klaren Gestaltungskonzeptionen für eine umfassende Bereitstellung von Informationen für den Bürger. Aus diesem Grunde erscheint es interessant, einen Blick nach Schweden zu werfen, wo man bereits seit Beginn der siebziger Jahre Erfahrungen mit dem Ausbau des Bürgerservices - der Bürgerinformation - hat sammeln können. Der vorliegende Artikel skizziert einige der schwedischen Lösungsansätze auf zentralstaatlicher und kommunaler Ebene
