Diese Mitteilungen enthalten die von der Expertengruppe RSWK beschlossene endgültige Fassung der in den RSWK-Mitteilungen Nr.4-6 vorgeschlagenen Regelwerksänderungen und -ergänzungen [BD 26(1992) S.1205-1220, 1729-1741; BD 27(1993) H.6, Beilage]. Die Änderungen und Ergänzungen betreffen die Beschlagwortung von Belletristik, Kinder- und Jugendliteratur, Schulbüchern sowie von Literatur zum österreichischen und Schweizer Recht. Eine Praxisregel zur Behandlung des österreichsichen und Schweizer Rechts wird in der 2. Ergänzungslieferung zu den Praxisregeln publiziert. Zur Diskussion gestellt wurde die Frage des Pleonasmus von Deutschland im Recht. Nach dem Beschluß der juristischen Fachreferenten bleibt es bei der bisherigen Regelung: Deutschland entfällt als pleonastisch (Ausnahme ist für bestimmte Bibliotheken möglich; die DNB verfährt wie bisher)
