Abstract

Suggestion that the utilitarian approach to information services which created the concepts of recall, precision, relevance, pertinence, effectiveness, etc. should be given up against a better service to the user, more comfort for hom to access knowledge without delay and difficulties. Sees knowledge organization as the basis of the information sphere and proposes to reflect the problem of knowledge organization anew in the light of the comfortableness problem
