Abstract

Wie kann die erforderlich Optimierungsstrategie auf dem Gebiet von Telekooperation und Multimedia aussehen? International sind noch große Hürden für die vielzitierten Datenautobahnen zu nehmen. Insbesondere politische und juristisch-administrative Festlegungen sind unvermeidlich; dabei sollte man nicht ausschließlich auf Kreativität, sondern auch auf Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit achten
