Abstract
Ist das Netz vorteilhaft für Schulen, und hemmen etwa die Lehrer seine Benutzung? Dient Internet der Verfestigung der anglo-amerikanischen Vormacht, oder haben auch Kulturwelten wie die deutsche darin eine Chance? Wird die Welt des einzelnen durch computervermittelte Kommunikation eher geöffnet, oder vereinsamt der User am Terminal? das waren nur einige Fragen einer Wissenschaftspressekonferenz in Berlin
